The Board of Directors plays a decisive role in developing strategy and supervising and controlling the operational and financial management of TUC RAIL.<\/p>\n

The Board of Directors currently consists of 5 directors, including\u00a0one external director.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Board of Directors has set up two advisory committees within the board: the\u00a0Audit<\/strong>\u00a0Committee\u00a0<\/strong>and the\u00a0Remuneration and Appointment Committee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Board of Directors delegates the day-to-day management of TUC RAIL to the\u00a0Chief Executive Officer (CEO)<\/strong>, who is assisted by the\u00a0Chief Operating Officer (COO)<\/strong>, together forming the\u00a0Senior Management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The shareholder of TUC RAIL appoints the members of the\u00a0Board of Directors of TUC\u00a0RAIL. The Board of Directors plays a decisive role in developing strategy and supervising and controlling the operational and financial management of TUC RAIL. The Board of Directors currently consists of 5 directors, including\u00a0one external director.\u00a0 The Board of Directors has set up two advisory committees within the board: the\u00a0Audit\u00a0Committee\u00a0and the\u00a0Remuneration and Appointment Committee.
