De Raad van Bestuur speelt een beslissende rol in de ontwikkeling van de strategie, het toezicht en de controle op het operationele en financi\u00eble beheer van TUC RAIL.<\/p>\n

De Raad van Bestuur is momenteel samengesteld uit 5 bestuurders, onder wie een\u00a0externe bestuurder<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

De Raad van Bestuur heeft binnen de raad twee adviescomit\u00e9s opgericht: het\u00a0Auditcomit\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong>en het\u00a0Remuneratie- en Benoemingscomit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

De Raad van Bestuur delegeert het dagelijks bestuur van TUC RAIL aan de\u00a0Afgevaardigde voor het dagelijks bestuur<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Chief Executive Officer \u2013 CEO<\/strong>, die wordt bijgestaan door de\u00a0Chief Operating Officer (COO)<\/strong>. Onze\u00a0organisatieTUC RAIL\u00a0is een naamloze vennootschap van privaatrecht.TUC RAIL voldoet aan de Belgische\u00a0governance-aanbevelingen voor niet-beursgenoteerde ondernemingen, zoals vermeld in de laatste versie van de\u00a0Code Buysse.Aandeelhouder & Raad van\u00a0BestuurInfrabel NVPR, naamloze vennootschap van publiek recht, is de enige aandeelhouder van TUC RAIL en bezit 100 % van de aandelen. De aandeelhouder van TUC RAIL benoemt de leden van de\u00a0Raad van Bestuur van TUC\u00a0RAIL. De Raad van Bestuur speelt een beslissende rol in de ontwikkeling van de strategie, het toezicht en de controle op het operationele en financi\u00eble beheer van TUC RAIL. De Raad van Bestuur is momenteel samengesteld uit 5 bestuurders, onder wie een\u00a0externe bestuurder. De Raad van Bestuur heeft binnen de raad twee adviescomit\u00e9s opgericht: het\u00a0Auditcomit\u00e9\u00a0en het\u00a0Remuneratie- en Benoemingscomit\u00e9. De Raad van Bestuur delegeert het dagelijks bestuur van TUC RAIL aan de\u00a0Afgevaardigde voor het dagelijks bestuur\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Chief Executive Officer \u2013 CEO, die wordt bijgestaan door de\u00a0Chief Operating Officer (COO).
